The acquisition, which closed today, includes the purchase of four Monster Worldwide units: TMP Yellow Pages, Moving.com, TMP Worldwide Japan and TMP Medical Listings. The units will operate as a private, wholly-owned, stand-alone entity. Stuart McKelvey, Chief Executive Officer of TMP, will continue to lead the new organization with the support of the existing executive team.
