Oracle Takes Top Honors in CRM Magazine Leader Awards

Larry Ellison Named as an Influential Leader in the CRM Market; Customer Thermos Recognized for Significant Returns on Investment from OracleŽ E-Business Suite On Demand

REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. 03-OCT-2005 Oracle today announced that it was the recipient of four 2005 CRM Leader Awards from CRM Magazine, the most awarded to any of the enterprise software companies in contention. Oracle(r) E-Business Suite On Demand customer Thermos also was recognized as a CRM Elite award-winner for achieving substantial return on investment (ROI). The 2005 CRM Leader Awards recognize superior performance in three categories: individual achievements and influence, vendor accomplishments, and ROI excellence among customer companies.

Oracle was recognized as a Market Leader in the Enterprise CRM category for the Oracle and PeopleSoft CRM product suites. Oracle's PeopleSoft CRM solution was also acknowledged in the Midmarket CRM category. The CRM Market Leader category distinguishes top vendors in eight categories based on a combination of weighted criteria, including revenue, revenue growth, market share, reputation for customer satisfaction, depth of product functionality, and company direction. CRM Magazine also examines how companies have excelled over the last year within their specific categories.
