Category: BearingPoint Ranks First in Client Satisfaction Survey Independent Research Firm Issues Report Today McLean, Va., July 29, 2005—BearingPoint, Inc. (NYSE:BE), one of the world’s largest management consulting and systems integration firms, leads among consultants for client satisfaction, according to a report issued today by Forrester Research, Inc., an independent technology research company.
As part of its third annual “IT Service Provider Scorecard,” Forrester, based in Cambridge, Mass., asked executives who had worked with IT service providers during the past 12 months how satisfied they were with their providers of consulting and implementation services.
BearingPoint posted the highest score of the 11 providers on the list.
