VANCOUVER, Feb. 25 /CNW/ - China Education Resources Inc, (TSX-V:CHN),
announced today that it has granted, subject to regulatory approval, a total
of 290,000 common share purchase options to consultants and directors of the
company.
170,000 share purchase options were issued to consultants, 100,000 vest
over 18 months and are exercisable at $0.75 per common share for a period of
five years. 70,000 share purchase options vest over a period of two years with
one third of them exercisable at $0.60 per common share, one third at $0.90
per common share and the balance at $1.20 per common share.
A director of the Company was granted 100,000 commons share purchase
options vest over a period of five years at $0.75 per share.
A second director of the Company was granted 20,000 common share purchase
options which are exercisable over a period of five years at $0.20 per share
and vest immediately.
