Possible DNS Hack Knocks Out Google

Google engineers are investigating the cause of a problem that shut down the company's search engine and e-mail services on Saturday, April 7. Services were suspended between 5:45 PM and 6:00 PM ET. Some users trying to access the page were redirected to a search engine called SoGoSearch.
