DENVER, March 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- China Wireless Communications,
Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: CWLC), announced it has joined forces with Jiaxin
Consulting Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions firm in Tianjin City,
China to create a foreign joint venture company, CJ Information Technology
Company.
With the acquisition of Tianjin Create Co., which was announced last week,
it will be necessary to ensure that China Wireless' investments are managed
properly. Therefore, CJ Information Technology Company will provide the
internal financial controls and operational oversight of all China Wireless'
assets in China. CJ Information Technology Company will be comprised of staff
members from Jiaxin Consulting Group and China Wireless with combined
expertise in accounting, financial management, SEC compliance, legal, and
technical expertise.
