HauteSpot Networks, a developer of Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) devices and software, announced today that it will be changing it's corporate structuring from LLC to California C Corporation.
San Luis Obispo, CA (PRWEB) March 4, 2005 -- TransTech Controlls, LLC, the company doing business as HauteSpot Networks announced today that it was changing it's corporate structure from a California Limited Liability Company to a California C Corporation.
"We found that the LLC structure was really not suitable for where we are as a company," said Bob Ehlers, the primary partner in the company, "We are at a point where we need to take in some investors in order to keep up with the growth demands we are seeing in the market and the LLC was not going to allow us to do that."
By changing to a C Corporation, it is expected that the company will have more flexibility in offering classes of ownership than the LLC structure would afford and make future growth easier. "We want to tell the business community that we are ready to move forward, and changing our structure is a good way to do that, " said Ehlers.
The company expects to complete registration and organization proceedings by the end of April and will be doing business as HauteSpot Networks, Inc. A California C Corporation. The company will remain privately held.
